No. The Brevo free plan is enough for this integration. Daily sending is capped on the Brevo side (300 emails a day on the free plan) and advanced features require a paid Brevo plan.
The outcome of each import (how many contacts were pushed, how many failed) and any API errors. Campaign statistics stay in the Brevo interface: opens, clicks and unsubscribes are not currently brought back onto the Charik record.
Brevo handles SMS sending from its own interface, independently of this integration. Charik does not drive SMS sending today.
Not today. A contact who unsubscribes in Brevo stops receiving Brevo campaigns, but their status in Charik does not change automatically. Two-way handling is under consideration for a future iteration.
No. Charik queries Brevo on connection to read the attribute names in your account (PRENOM, FIRSTNAME and so on) and pushes data to the right fields with no input from you.
No. Brevo is a French vendor hosted in the EU and Charik is hosted in France. No personal data leaves the European Union.
